We are a real estate investing company. Which means we buy, fix and flip homes. When we are ready to sell a home we do a lot of marketing to help us sell the home fast. Therefore, we get a lot of people calling us that are interested in buying the home. Even well after we have already sold the home. So, instead of ignoring those calls we decided to sell the leads to real estate professionals. We personally talk to each lead and confirm that they are ready to start the home buying process. Each lead knows to expect a call from which ever professional we are selling the lead to. Therefore, these are considered warm leads. We cannot guarantee that the lead will turn into a client for the real estate professional, but we do what we can to confirm the lead is serious about purchasing a home.
