Job Description

Project Manager – Project Manager is responsible for our rehab projects. Once a property is under contract, the Project Manager will be responsible for completing a Scope of Work to ensure project is a good deal. Project Manager will oversee project from contract until closing and work closely with the Acquisitions Manager and contractors to come up w/ the rehabs that are needed to do in order to maximize our profits.
